Mary, our companion and guide

But ye have made it a den of thieves. " The Church celebrates today the Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary and how we can associate the Gospel to her? Sentences us back to the times of the Prophets : The first reminds us of Isaiah 56.7: " ... I will bring to my holy mountain and make them joyful in my house of prayer. Their burnt offerings and their sacrifices will be accepted on my altar; for my house shall be called a house of prayer for all nations "; The second sentence brings us back to Jeremiah 7:11: "Maybe it's a den of robbers in your eyes that this temple is named after me? ... ." Perhaps , reading , we understand the connection: a house of prayer ..., burnt offerings ..., altar, temple ... are words that together help describe the Tota Pulchra, the one who, with his "yes" favored the opening of the heavens to make ourselves worthy to return sons in the Son. In the early days of the birth of Italian literature and Christian, had recently abandoned the vernacular, and in the fourteenth century Petrarch, on behalf of all as it is characteristic of the poets wrote, indeed praised, " beautiful Virgin, which sol dressed, crowned with stars, the highest Sun, piacesti yes, that hid his light in you. " The humble, pious, the pure, there is a guide these days panting, his silent life and relying totally on God, there is an example when the grief becomes stronger and slower pace that leads us to evening. We can, we must trust in her because she well deserved to be the Mother of Christ and Mother of the Church.
A hug, peace and well, Aniello Clemente.
